How we handle your contract.
Your contract is one of the most sensitive documents in your career. A small team reads it, it is stored privately, it is never sold, and we delete it whenever you ask.
What we collect
- Your contractA PDF we can read the text of. A redacted copy is fine, and preferred: black out names, NPI, ID numbers, the employer’s entity, anything that identifies you. We do not need any of it for the analysis.
- Basic contextSpecialty, employment type, state and intended start date, used for benchmarking and the analysis.
- Your account emailFor sign-in and report delivery. Payment is handled by a third-party provider.
- Leave these outDo not upload patient information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth or NPI numbers. Anything left in a document can be read during processing.
Who sees your contract
- Our review teamEvery report is reviewed by a physician on our team before it is released. The reviewer is named in your delivery email.
- The founderOnly to check quality or fix a technical problem.
- Service providersTrusted providers process information only to provide sign-in, storage, email, website hosting, maps and AI processing.
- We do not share itNot with your employer, recruiter, insurer, marketing partner or investor. We never contact your employer; they would only know if you tell them.
How the report is made
Our service uses a blend of AI tools and physician input. AI tools find the clause boundaries, headings, defined terms and structured findings, then draft and check the report. A physician on our team reviews and corrects it before it is released.
Your contract is never sold or used to train AI models. We have turned off model training on the AI services we use.
Storage and deletion
- Where it is keptYour account data and uploaded files are stored with our storage provider in the United States. Files are encrypted at rest by our storage provider and sent over HTTPS.
- How longYour uploads and reports stay with us for as long as your account is open, so you can always return to them.
- Deletion on requestEmail [email protected] at any time and we delete your uploads and reports. Copies in backups expire on our normal backup cycle.
- Limited purposeWe use your upload only to produce, check and deliver your review and answer questions about it.

- Not legal adviceWe are not a law firm. Final legal opinions belong to your attorney.
- Not attorney-reviewedReports are reviewed by a physician on our team, not by a lawyer. Please do not describe them as attorney-reviewed, including to an attorney you consult.
- Not a health data serviceThese are employment documents, not medical records. Do not upload patient information or patient records.
